Enrolment at CCW

Enrolment Process

Our intention is to provide families with the information they require to assist in making a decision about which school best meets their needs.

The enrolment process includes a meeting with all prospective students and their parents/guardians. This provides them wiith a further opportunity to find out more about the College, the learning needs of the students and mutual obligations.

Enrolment will be at the discretion of the Principal.  Given that there are ceilings on the number of places available at the College (determined by philosophical, financial, physical and industrial factors), decisions regarding enrolment will be directed by the Catholic Education Wodonga Council (CEWC) Student Enrolment and Transfer Policy.

Enrolment applications for Year 7 in 2010 closed on Friday, 12 June 2009. Confirmation of enrolment for Year 7 in 2010 will be made by the first week in Term 3.

Enrolment applications for Years 7 to 12, after the school year has commenced, will be taken at any time throughout the year. Enrolment applications for Years 8 to 12 for subsequent years would ideally be submitted by the end of the preceding Term 3.
